VILLA Ö

Villa Ö is the first version of Villa Lanterna. Due to various developments of the building permit process the house could not be realized on that specific site, and so it is still waiting for you to buy it and build it.

The villa is a playful experiment of relationships of spaces and views.

The double height living room with its grand glass opening to the garden binds all social areas of the house together with intriguing connections horizontally and vertically.

The master bedroom is reached by a door in the bookshelf-staircase which spans the entire height of the house.

In the upper bathroom with its integrated sauna one is intimately enclosed by the soft curvature of the wooden interior, the lush green trees and the view of the sea and the sky.
